Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
Returns
We accept returns of merchandise purchased on getmidweek.com within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a merch return, email us at hello@getmidweek.com. Please do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label.
For any bev purchases made in-store or on Amazon.com, please contact the seller for their return policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your merch order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@getmidweek.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no charge. The restocking fee does not apply in these cases.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed, or on the following:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom orders
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, return the original (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, less the $10 restocking fee, within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
